What is CPU ?

Hello friends my name is Dinesh and today I am going to tell you in this post what the CPU is and how it works. How many types of cpu are there, what is arithmetical logical unit, what is control unit and what is memory unit. Together we will know what ups is how it works and what its functions are.

What is CPU ?

The full form of CPU is Central Processing Unit. It is also called processor. It controls all the devices connected to the computer. It checks all the information received by the computer. It is an electronic chip that processes data to convert it into information. This is called the brain of the computer. It controls all the work of the computer and converts it into output whatever input we give it.

Parts of CPU  :-

  • Arithmetic Logic Unit :-
  • It is used in arithmetic and logical calculations. Under arithmetic calculation comparative addition, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division etc. and logical calculation under comparative calculation like (<,> or =), yes or no, etc.
  • Control Unit :-
  • It controls all the processes of the computer and communicates between the activities of all parts of the computer such as input, output devices, processors, etc.
  • Memory Unit:-
  • It is used to protect all the instructions of the computer. It is mainly divided into two parts, primary and secondary memory. When the computer is working, that is, it stores the instructions currently used in primary memory. Secondary memory is used to collect data and instructions to be used later.

    What is UPS ?

The full form of UPS is Uninterruptible Power Supply. There is a battery inside it, through which the power supply is supplied to the computer. When our main supply is cut, it gives power to the computer.

See you only this much for today. With the new post, so friends, how did you like today's post, tell it by commenting and if you like the post, then definitely share it to your friends.
